Kickstarting your career in the Netherlands after graduation.

Join us as a non-EU student at this breakout session to learn everything about your career opportunities in the Netherlands. This event is a great opportunity to learn about the different options that you have as an international to kickstart your career after graduation! And, of course, meet other students that are planning to extend their stay after their studies. Also, we will walk you through everything you need to know if you want to start your company or begin a startup yourself.  We will explain the following:

1. Why and how to kickstart your career in the Netherlands;
2. Career opportunities for non-EU graduates (job portal, other tips and tricks);
3. Visa requirements for 5 different visa: startup visa, essential personnel visa, self-employed visa, highly skilled migrant visa and the orientation year visa.

During this session, EY will inform you about the first steps which are relevant to start a company in The Netherlands. This includes several topics such as creating the right organizational structure, set-up the accounting records, registering Dutch Tax Authority, set-up payroll administration, discussing the accounting and tax obligations etc.
