Menno Gravemaker

MoMo Medical

Menno Gravemaker is the Founder and CEO of MoMo Medical. MoMo Medical is a company that helps nurses to have an overview of all their residents during the evening and night. Menno founded MoMo Medical in 2017 when he also joined the accelerator program at YES!Delft, since then the company has grown into a well trusted partner for national and international healthcare organisations, serving more than 4000 patients.

As Menno explains: “We help nurses answer the question 'who needs me?', reduce their workload and enable them to provide the best care to their patients”. The American accelerator for startups Y Combinator invested in Momo Medical for a reason, because this Dutch startup solves a huge current problem in healthcare. Following his success at Y combinator, he was also invited to join the Dutch trade mission to the USA last September, together with Queen Maxima and a delegation of top companies and experts in life sciences & health.

Onno Helder

 Founder Create4Care at Erasmus MC

Onno Helder is a senior care researcher who has worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse for almost 25 years and successfully completed his PhD in 2013. Onno was the vice chair of the Patient Safety and Hygiene working group of the Standards of Care for Newborn Health project initiated by the European Foundation for the care of Newborn Infants (EFCNI) until 2018.

In 2020 he founded Create4Care at Erasmus MC. This has been an independent department where over twelve employees work together from both Erasmus MC and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. With the overall mission to improve the safety in patient care and optimise the work process for healthcare professionals.

For the first SocialTech Launchpad we are thrilled to partner up with the international leading academic hospital Erasmus MC. This means we will not only showcase innovations in the social domain outside of the hospital, such as mental health, wellbeing and home care, but also innovations that improve patient health & care within hospitals.
