Menno Gravemaker

MoMo Medical

Menno Gravemaker is the Founder and CEO of MoMo Medical. MoMo Medical is a company that helps nurses to have an overview of all their residents during the evening and night. Menno founded MoMo Medical in 2017 when he also joined the accelerator program at YES!Delft, since then the company has grown into a well trusted partner for national and international healthcare organisations, serving more than 4000 patients.

As Menno explains: “We help nurses answer the question 'who needs me?', reduce their workload and enable them to provide the best care to their patients”. The American accelerator for startups Y Combinator invested in Momo Medical for a reason, because this Dutch startup solves a huge current problem in healthcare. STARTUPS

partners

For the first SocialTech Launchpad we are thrilled to partner up with the international leading academic hospital Erasmus MC. This means we will not only showcase innovations in the social domain outside of the hospital, such as mental health, wellbeing and home care, but also innovations that improve patient health & care within hospitals.
